Delivery of online orders

Deliveries over Christmas & New Year

We will be closing for Christmas at 1 pm on December 24, 2025, and reopening at 8:30 am on January 5, 2026. Please be aware that deliveries over the Christmas period may take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Any orders placed after December 22, 2025, will be processed from January 5, 2026. If you require your order before Christmas, we recommend placing your order early. Normal services and deliveries will resume on Monday, 5th January 2026.

How much does it cost?

Orders placed via the website costing less than £50 incur a charge of £4.25 for UK mainland addresses, orders above this qualify for FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses.

For orders including larger, bulky items such as the Hypothermia bags there will be a minimum additional £4 surcharge (all values mentioned are excluding VAT).

UK Mainland Delivery Times

All orders placed before 2pm are scheduled to be despatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that as we use third party couriers such as Royal Mail, the delivery of your order is in their hands once it leaves us.

UK Non-Mainland Delivery Times

Deliveries will arrive approximately 3-5 working days after despatch. This applies to orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

UK Non-Mainland Addresses

Deliveries of any value to be sent to UK non-mainland addresses (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and elsewhere) incur a delivery fee, calculated during the checkout process online.

The fee is based on the total size and weight of the items being purchased. In some cases, the cost of your delivery might not be able to be calculated online; if this happens, you will see a message asking you to contact us. Please complete the contact form, including your order details and address in the message.

Offline Orders

Orders arranged offline are subject to different terms and charges, please check with our Customer Services team if you have any questions.

Deliveries outside the UK

Europe

Orders despatched to EU addresses take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive, however, this will vary depending on the destination country and overseas delivery partner. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when ordering as the courier will send you details of any applicable import charges and customs charges, which are your responsibility to pay.

Worldwide

For all other countries, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we can process your order offline if possible and confirm shipping times. Note that there are restrictions on some products as some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
