Refunds and Returns

If you would like to return an item, please read this refunds and returns policy. Firstly, to ensure your full satisfaction, we offer an extended returns period of 31 days.

Returning an item

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be either unused or in the same condition that they were received. If an item has been personalised or specially ordered and is not normally held in stock by Thermarmour, it will not be eligible to be returned.

If you have any additional feedback, please firstly send us an email to let us know that you are going to return the item(s). Then send the item(s) back in their original packaging, with your order confirmation or packing note enclosed, to our returns address detailed below:

Refunds process

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it remains in stock condition. If you are eligible for a refund this will be processed by our accounts team and you will receive an automatic email confirming this.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from sending your return for the refund to appear back in your account to allow for delivery plus return and refund processing.

All returns are at the sender’s cost unless there is an issue with the item(s). In this instance, please contact us prior to any return so we can further assist.
